VINTAGE FESTIVAL 2013 - IV EDITION
From the 13th to the 15th of September, the fourth editions of the Padova Vintage Festival comes back. A renovated rich and passionate schedule of conferences, concerts and exhibitions that renews year by year the record of presence: a success that honors the original mix of fashion, design, music and shows for a modernvintage, young and unconventional.
“The past in HD” is the 2013 slogan: take the past back and redefine it, stimulate a vision of the future more clear, coloured and rich, for a sustainable and constructive develop. Job and life experiences, inspirational stories that makes people thinks, will be the protagonist of the three days of lectures of some of the maximun experts of the field who will debate with the audience.
The ideal place to frame this particular union between past and present will be the San Gaetano Cultural Centre, ex 1500 civil court revisited from a modern restoration in glass and steel.
The main square will host the traditional vintage exhibition-market with a renewed selection of the most important italian exhibitors among which A.N.G.E.L.O. VINTAGE PALACE . A skilful stylistic research reports to the audience unique pieces among garments, accessories and objects from the 20s to the 80s and a valued remake. A space to astonish the fans, intrigue the big auduence and fascinate the collectors, creative source for a lot of style departments of big fashion industries.
The 2013 Vintage Festival, unique in Italy for its young and contemporary approach, proposes to its audience 5 original exhibitions made of cross contents among which we signal you Small Museum 7.1 MISSONI a selection of iconic garments of the fashion house selected from the precious A.N.G.E.L.O Archive of Angelo Caroli, celebration of a universe of style and sperimental techniques that make the brand an excellence in the field.

Sunday 15th September in occasion of "Vintage for one day", the tested event with the vintage market in Lugo dedicated to everyone, A.N.G.E.L.O. Vintage Palace will be opened from 10.30am to 7.30pm.

VINTAGE PER UN GIORNO
The appointment with the event "Vintage per un giorno", the vintage market dedicated to everyone and to the recovery of unused objects, an unmissable appointment for all the collectors, funs of vintage but also for people who are curios and would like to find something different, comes back.
For the whole day, Sunday 15th of September, in the Pavaglione of Lugo you can have fun in discover among designer or not garments, accessories, bags, shoes, glasses and small furnishing and modern antiques the unique pieces to take home or buy by “weight" with charming antique scales the selection of A.N.G.E.L.O. HAPPY KILO .
Host of this edition will be Angelo Grassi of Fabbrica with his pieces of furniture made of recycled materials. During the event there will be also the Vintage Bicycle Romagna Tour. For the occasion A.N.G.E.L.O. Vintage Palace (Corso Garibaldi 59, Lugo), will be opened from 10.30 am to 19.30 pm.

A.N.G.E.L.O. DENIM TEMPORARY STORE AT MCARTHUR GLEN DESIGNER OUTLET LUXEMBOURG
From the 3oth August until the 14th September, A.N.G.E.L.O., host of the Luxembourg McArthur Glen Designer Outlet, will propose, in a temporary shop, an incredible vintage collection of denim garments combined with the exclusive exhibition curated by A.N.G.E.L.O. fashion archive "Jeans History", an exhibition dedicated to the Denim, the garment that has most influenced our time.
A selection of 22 pieces coming from the rich denim collection of the A.N.G.E.L.O. Fashion Archive discloses the steps of the history of Jeans related to the change in the Fashion and Costume history.
In the exhibition, the story of jeans comes to life through its major American manufacturer: Levi Strauss & Co., H.D. Lee Inc. e Blue Bell/Wrangler. On display are some of the historical items of the three brands: from the early Jeans Wrangler producted from 1947 to 1948 with "double arched" stitching to those with W stitching and internal reinforcement produced from 1948 to 1964; from the Levi's 201 XX then called 501 XX produced from 1922 to 1937 to the Jeans Levi's 501 XX produced from 1937 to 1941; from the Lee dungarees Bib Overall produced from the 1926 onwards to the Lady Levi's 701, the first western jeans designed for the woman producted since 1938.
